The item I received has the T-shaped magnetic connector, not the L-shaped connector as described in product description and as pictured when the product was purchased. I see that the image has since been changed.
I cannot be sure, but the item I received also does not seem to be manufactured by or on behalf of Apple. The build quality is low and labeling is not Apple labeling, though the description says, ""GENUINE Apple product".
Finally, though the description says, "Ships from CA or NY", it shipped from Manchester, UK - and took a long time to arrive at my home in NY.

not an apple product. works. that's what counts. probably got from asia for $1 and sold for $30. One star for being a liar.
